3 drops of bitters
Orange peel garnish
Take a liqueur glass and add 1 big ice cube and 1oz of No. 82 Amaretto. Add 2-3 drops of your favorite bitters, then take a section of orange rind (we recommend using a vegetable peeler) and squeeze it over the glass, run it along the rim of the glass and place in the cocktail. Light stir and enjoy. Excellent aperitif cocktail.
Forbidden Spicy Pineapple
1oz Spicy Chili Vodka
4oz Pineapple Juice
Take your favorite glass, preferably an absurd tiki mug, and fill with Ice. Add 1oz of Spicy Chili Vodka and 4oz of the best Pineapple juice money can buy. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and enjoy. Taste of Thailand, the sweetness of the pineapple cuts the spice and leaves you with a pleasurable tingle.
Spicy Moscow Mule
1oz Vodka Vodka Vodka
1/2oz Spicy Chili Vodka
3oz Dickie's Ginger Beer
Put the alcohols in a shaker with ice and shake until condensation is found on your shaker. Strain onto fresh ice, preferably in a copper mule mug. You can also try it as a martini. Top with 3oz of Dickie's Ginger Beer and enjoy!
2oz No. 82 Amaretto
1 Egg White
Start with 1 ice cube, egg white, and a dash of bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake until your arms are sore or the ice cube is melted, whichever comes first. Open shaker and add 2oz of No. 82 Amaretto and the juice of half a lime. Add new ice and shake until there is condensation on the outside of your shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, or pour everything into a rocks glass. Add a few drops of bitters on top of the foam and enjoy.
2oz Orange Juice
1oz Vanilla soy milk
Affectionately named after one of our dearest friends. Fill a rocks glass with ice and add all ingredients. Stir and enjoy. I know it sounds kind of odd but it tastes like an adult creamsicle and is delicious. Trust us.
1oz Spicy Chili Vodka
4oz Walter Caesar Mix
Salt and Pepper
Take a Tom Collins glass and rim it with your favorite Salt and/or Pepper. Fill the glass with ice and add 1oz Chili Vodka and 4oz Walter Caesar Mix. Add 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and a shake of the salt and/or pepper you used for the rim. Garnish and stir with a spicy bean and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
The best Martini you've ever had
2oz Vodka Vodka Vodka
1/4oz Dry Vermouth (we recommend Cocci Americano)
Put your Vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice, stir with a bartenders spoon, or shake, its really up to you. Put the 1/4oz of Dry Vermouth in your martini glass and "burn" the glass: swirl the vermouth around to coat the glass. Pour out excess vermouth, or keep it in if you want Winston Churchill spinning in his grave. Strain in the chilled vodka, garnish with a lime peel twist, and enjoy.
